Job Summary

This position performs general labor and machine operation tasks in the Pallet Shop, including pallet assembly, forklift operation (if certified), and material handling. Employees are expected to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Job Duties

· Maintain a positive attitude, excellent attendance, and punctuality.

· Work independently and as part of a team.

· Use tools such as nail guns, grinders, and tape measures.

· Set up and assemble pallet components according to SPEC cards.

· Ensure accuracy in material type and dimensions.

· Operate machinery and perform basic setups as required.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues.

· Operate a forklift if certified, including performing safety checks and routine cleaning.

· Handle loading, unloading, and movement of materials safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

· Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, push, and reach for extended periods.
